We also appreciated the key location of the residence, which allowed us to reach Soverato in 15 minutes, Copanello in 5 minutes, and Catanzaro lido in 10 minutes. having a parking space inside the complex was a great advantage.

It is important to consider that the apartments and buildings are terraced, so it may be noisy due to families with children waking up early or playing instruments. We were often woken up by a crying baby or a child who decided to play the piano at 8 in the morning.
